Nickleby supplies a Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) network to help clients manage their maintenance better.
If you have a large number of sites spread across a wide geographic area, it's often hard to access the specialist skills and knowledge that will make the most of your maintenance regime.
That's why at Nickleby we have developed a network of Regional Facilities Managers (RFMs), all of them experts in at least one field of maintenance, who can step in and do this work for you - like we do for Somerfield.
Our RFMs manage the provision of maintenance for you - sitting between you and the contractor on all maintenance issues, as well as project managing specific works on-site if there are major issues (fire, vandalism etc).
The main function of an RFM is to manage contractors for you - monitoring and improving their performance - keeping them to the service level agreements and rates that you negotiate. They also work to try to mitigate issues and avoid escalations reaching you.
