Nickleby use modelling software to investigate maintenance problems, drawing on our extensive database of jobs from diverse clients, job types and contractors.
This helps Nickleby develop and refine the tools, software (Emergense) and processes. We also model what level of maintenance you require in the first place, and what resources are needed to deal with it, e.g. how many help desk operators, how many electricians, when and where?
By applying science and psychology to any issues that modelling shows us, we can pinpoint the source of potential (or existing) problems. Once addressed, this makes the maintenance operation run much smoother as the combined team is much happier and the conflict resolved.
