Nickleby helps to ease 'contract rage' brought on by misunderstandings or poor communications through our contract administration software. It is a sophisticated system with a very simple core purpose - to produce summaries or abstracts of contracts - by extracting key contract points such as 'Term', 'Prices', etc automatically.
Nickleby's software (Emergense) learns and adapts thanks to inbuilt artificial intelligence. It's a very powerful tool - other features include 'Compare two versions of the same contract and report differences'; 'Produce a summary list of all contract amendments and variations'.
Nickleby has integrated this software with our cost control system - Emergense, to help make contractor management simple. For example by linking in their rates (as per the contract) to all their jobs - try doing that with a piece of paper!
