Predictive escalations

Nickleby provides a predictive escalation service that improves the working relationship and communications between clients and contractors. 

We're working with clients and contractors to minimize administrative 'noise' in maintenance. As we hold Service Level Agreement (SLA) information for every type of job and contractor as part of your business rules, and we have all the information regarding a job, we can predict when a specific job is likely to miss a target milestone. 

By alerting the contractor before things go wrong, we give them a chance to get things back on track, or at the very least, prevent the breakdown in communications that often makes a potentially bad situation worse. This improves the satisfaction of your property or store manager, and gives a point in the process to review the situation - e.g. is it a complicated quote with extensive approvals, or does it require an unusual part that's out of stock?
