Planned Maintenance Responsibility Alerts
Nickleby's systems prevent unnecessary callouts for minor works that would otherwise duplicate work in your PPM schedule.
Nickleby's proprietary Emergense software is a configurable set of maintenance modules that link together dynamically to improve the value you get from your maintenance spend.
One example of this is the way Emergense PPM links through to Emergense Helpdesk, which informs the helpdesk operator on receiving a call whether there is a planned visit scheduled to that site or asset within the next four weeks.
This gives the helpdesk operator and call initiator the opportunity to postpone minor reactive works. This reduces waste and unnecessary callouts for minimal impact jobs, and lets both clients and engineers concentrate on more valuable work.
The same principles can be applied to manage unique attributes by site or asset. For example, if you have a number of sites on a disposal list or have a number of newly refitted sites, the system will notify helpdesk operators and apply specific rules to ensure correct allocation.
This is just one example of how we integrate the process of intelligent maintenance into the operational side, to enable you to control costs and get more value from any maintenance work done.
