Emergense Cabinets is an online hosted service, so there is no software to install or maintain on-site, and can be accessed by anyone using a suitable browser - you can benefit from day one.
Emergense Cabinets module features:
- Online virtual filing cabinet
- Configurable folders and sub-folders
- Allows reporting against custom metadata as specified by you
- Supports hierarchical authorisation
- No limit on file types or usage (e.g. CAD drawings, photographs, scans etc.)

Emergense Cabinets module gives authorised users access to key documents and certificates. The software includes tools to control access, distribution and expiry dates.
By keeping all the documentation relating to maintenance work together with the records of the actual work being done - and making that transparent to everyone in the supply chain - it helps to raise the visibility of the standards and rates you have agreed.
