We've developed a proprietary software module - Emergense HSDIL - that manages compliance and produces comprehensive, easy to access compliance reporting. 

Every site and asset that requires certification has the appropriate certificate loaded in to Emergense HSDIL together with management information that helps to determine the schedule of visits, or outstanding work.

Compliance Reporting

This allows you to easily and effectively manage statutory compliance across a number of trading properties. You can access reports instantly and from any location that tell you the current state of your compliance - at whatever level of detail you need.

And if a certificate is failed or out of date this will be flagged up and feed information elsewhere in the system (e.g. influencing the PPM schedule).

This level of detail helps you manage the exceptions and spot trends. 

We devised this mainly to take the burden off using old-fashioned paper based systems, but using Emergense-On-Site property managers can access and print off certificates as needed. They also have access to a full compliance history of their store, assets or contractors.
