Sub-contractor approval
Nickleby maintains quality and service levels throughout your facilities maintenance through a rigorous and regular approval process.
Nickleby understands that sub-contractors are a necessity in an increasingly specialised and competitive industry such as property maintenance.
But we don't think that just because they're not the primary contractor they shouldn't be expected to behave and adhere to the same service standards as the main contractor - indeed, we insist on it.
Among other checks, Nickleby perform a regular compliance audit across our contractor base. This makes sure that all contractors have current health and safety and are compliant with other statutory requirements. If they're compliant, they're more likely to be interested in keeping your sites compliant.
When we check contractors (or subs) and find specific training needs or areas of concern we can use our bulk-purchasing power to co-source training or remedial instruction at a reduced cost to the contractor can afford.
