Regional Facilities Management
Nickleby offers a Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) network as a managed solution to clients requiring more expertise or resource to manage their estate.
Nickleby have developed a network of Regional Facilities Managers, all of them experts in at least one field of maintenance.
RFMs manage the provision of maintenance for you - sitting between you and the contractor on all maintenance issues, as well as conducting maintenance audits and conditions surveys, or managing on-site if there are major issues (fire, vandalism etc).
They're available when you need them, where you need them - a solution built around your needs.
The main function of an RFM is to manage contractors for you - monitoring and improving their performance - keeping them to the service level agreements and rates that you negotiate.
They can also manage planned works, if required, and we work to ensure that a subject expert is involved; e.g. a RFM with refrigeration experience works on refrigeration projects and so on. This helps reduce cost and hassle all round.
