Training and Support

Nickleby provides training and support services that improve performance in using and maximising the value from a client's Emergense software solution. Contractors also benefit from increased speed and efficiency of payment processing.

We are told that most clients and contractors find Emergense intuitive and easy to use, but all users are encouraged to attend a dedicated training course. This training is specific to each client, so that we can demonstrate and highlight how the client's contract rules are enforced by the system.

Nickleby tailor the training and support you require based on your needs, as no two clients are the same. We can provide training either at your location, or in one of our purpose-built training rooms - a dedicated learning environment away from ringing phones. We try and keep class sizes to six or less, which offers ample scope for one to one tuition.

Our trainers are expert users of the system and we have designed our training to be directly relevant to the roles that those users will play in the system, including using real data where possible or practical.

Support is offered both through refresher training courses and via the telephone - although we find in practice that this is mostly used by in-house helpdesks.
