Emergense Mobile
Emergense Mobile is a handheld technology solution for the Emergense suite of software modules.
At Nickleby, we are constantly looking for ways to improve the control and visibility of costs in maintenance. One of the biggest areas of waste we have observed is down to a simple lack of information at the point where the maintenance is actually required - what does the engineer need to do, what do we know about the maintenance history of this equipment and do they have the right part with them?
With this in mind, we are developing an Emergense mobile solution, with aim to launch by end 2010.
This will enable engineers to start and close jobs while on the premises, access and update information about a specific job, and with appropriate training, apply some of the benefits of our system directly, such as predictive maintenance and escalations through to efficient and timely parts ordering.
By empowering the engineer and speeding up the flow and control of data, we will be further improving the value you receive from your maintenance, and helping contractors do more jobs - minimising incorrect callouts or attending without the right parts or equipment.
More details will be released shortly.
Call us now to discuss what going mobile could do you for your maintenance.
