Nickleby's Emergense-On-Site is an online hosted service, so there is no software to install or maintain on-site, and can be accessed by anyone using a suitable browser - you can benefit from day one.

This software is particularly suited to clients who use in-house or contracted engineers, who can manage all their reactive and PPM work from within Emergense-On-Site.
The software makes communications between engineers and site or property managers simpler and quicker. Tight integration with Emergense Helpdesk means that status and parts updates are automatically fed through to the central helpdesk -- you're always in the loop.
Emergense-On-Site can be customized to suit your needs. For example, Nickleby have developed an 'Operational Compliance' extension to Emergense-On-Site for Fitness First which consolidates all their regular compliance work into a single, easy to use system.
