Emergense Quoted Works is an online hosted service, so there is no software to install or maintain on-site, and can be accessed by anyone using a suitable browser - you can benefit from day one.

  • Automatically enforces appropriate contract terms (depending on the context of the work required)

You determine the referral rules by which to route any quote or tender for approval, e.g. you may have managers in different regions who are specialists in different types of maintenance, or have control over different budget lines. 

Contractors can supply as much supporting information as you want (documents, photographs, drawings etc.), all of which is kept with the job record on Emergense. 

You have complete visibility over the whole quotation process. You can easily spot and resolve bottlenecks.
