Nickleby's Emergense Job Costing is an online hosted service, so there is no software to install or maintain on-site, and can be accessed by any authorised user using a suitable browser.

Emergense Job Costing provides contractors with a quick and easy way to cost maintenance work done, which both reduces administrative overhead and can also speed up payment processing.
The software guides the contractor through all stages of costing a job through an intuitive, menu-driven system - that makes it simpler to cost jobs accurately and to agreed rates. It does this both by offering context-sensitive prompts and by pre-populating selected fields with information common to all jobs (e.g. an agreed schedule of rates).
By keeping things simple, the system captures high quality data without turning the engineer into an administrator. Full training and support is given.
