Nickleby provides customisable authorisation flows to ensure that purchasing decisions are made by the right person within a business.
You need central control over maintenance to ensure that nationally agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and pricing structures are adhered to. It's your budget - you're responsible. But you also want to give your regional or site-based property managers the autonomy they need to deliver on their targets too.
And for everyone's sake, you're looking for a system that reduces administrative hassle and drudgery. You need a flexible system that gives clear levels and lines of responsibility while maintaining the central control over budgets that you need.

You can set bespoke limits for each site, type of work or nominal cost ceiling beyond which you need further approval or detail. This triggers a referral in the system, which again you can specify in as much detail as you need - e.g. all refrigeration jobs over £500 should be approved by a refrigeration specialist in your property team.
If you don't have the resources or expertise to manage referrals or evaluate quotes, we also offer a Regional Facilities Manager network - proven experts in property maintenance who can negotiate with and manage contractors on better terms as they have a better mutual understanding.
As all information is captured in the system, it gives you complete peace of mind that the right job was done at the right price, and authorised by the right person.
