Construction Act Amendments
Don’t get caught with your trousers down – The Construction Act is Changing this Year.
The Construction Act is changing – if you didn’t already know it covers maintenance works as well as new build. It will be applied to all contracts agreed after it comes into force - around summer 2010. All existing Agreements will continue to be governed under the present Act.
Nickleby’s Emergense system deals with 95% of the Act’s requirements already. It is being modified to deal with all the requirements.
