We've developed our systems and processes to make updating the Asset Inventory painless and simple. Real-time links between Emergense Helpdesk and the Asset Inventory mean that helpdesk operators can allocate asset references and easily identify missing assets.

The integrity of your Asset Inventory is critical, so any changes made to it by your helpdesk are quarantined until approved by an Asset Manager.

All status changes, missing asset data and other reports are included as standard items.

Purchasing of assets in Emergense Parts is a simple 'click and pick' system, using pre-approved suppliers and at rates you set in advance.

  • Parts are automatically tagged as assets in the system and tracked to their end location
  • Once received, the store can easily record the arrival of parts
  • As we know when and where it needs to be installed, we use an optimum schedule for an engineer to fix/install it, who in turn updates the record for that asset in the system (as part of completing the job costing process)
  • Moving assets is simple. Each site has an asset list, which other site managers can inspect and requisition assets from if and when required - the system will update the moved item once the engineer completes the move
