Businesses using facilities management could be inspired to identify new markets

Businesses using facilities management cost reduction processes could be among those encouraged by recent comments by one industry expert.

Adrian Tripp, chief executive officer of the European Business Awards (EBA), has suggested that businesses are more likely to succeed if they embrace a wide range of markets.

The comments come after the publication of an EBA survey, which claimed that there has been a recent resurgence of confidence among British businesses.

"There is a return to confidence across the business community not just in the UK but across Europe, as businesses wake up to new opportunities around the world and begin to seize them," Mr Tripp commented.

The expert also said that businesses that strive to identify new customers are more likely to achieve their goals.

"It might be UK, but it is also those customers in other countries around the world, particularly those in areas like Brazil and the Middle and Far East where you see a growing middle class with money to spend," he added.
