Could new software and facilities management help firms cut costs?

May 20th 16:48 Cost Management

UK businesses using facilities management cost control processes could be among those interested in one firm's plans to boost customer retention.

ACSI, a leading campsite specialist, has implemented a new software system from business process innovation solutions provider Cordys.

The holiday firm, which operates well-known brands such as EuroCampings and SunCamp Holidays, has called on Cordys to provide a unified view of its "ever-changing" mass of information that is stored on a number of IT systems.

ACSI general manager Ramon van Reine said: "Serving our customers with accurate and objective information is one of our key objectives.

"The Cordys platform gives us real-time insight into all processes and data, independent of IT system or location. This allows us to achieve higher efficiency, greater agility and to make better decisions faster."

ACSI hopes the integration of the new solution will lead to enhanced customer experiences and an improvement in its service quality.
